Kia Sportage
The Sportage is Kia's best-selling model and it's equipped with an efficient four-cylinder engine that can generate 187 horsepower on the streets of SLO. The starting price is affordable and you can select either front- or all-wheel drive. The new Kia Sportage gives you up to 25 MPG in the city and a rewarding 32 MPG on San Luis Obispo highways. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed cabin with user-friendly technology and versatile storage options.
Kia Sorento
The Kia Sorento is a mid-size SUV with three rows and enough seating for an SLO family of up to seven. The entry-level engine in the new Kia Sorento is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 191 horsepower or you can move up to a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder that delivers 281 horsepower and can reach 60 mph in 6.3 seconds. The Sorento is also available as a hybrid that can give you up to 36 MPG.
Kia Seltos
The new Kia Seltos is a subcompact SUV with excellent fuel economy. You can choose either a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine or step up to a 2.0-liter base engine with up to 34 MPG on San Luis Obispo highways. Available features in the new Kia Seltos include a large touchscreen display, a power liftgate and an eight-speaker premium Bose audio system.
Kia EV9
The Kia EV9 is a three-row electric SUV with a cabin that has a cockpit-like feel. Driving range is about 232 miles which, of course, is less than the 513 miles of range you'd get with the comparable gas-powered three-row Kia Sorento. You can plan on allowing about six hours and 45 minutes to fully charge the Kia EV9 so with its limited electric range, it's best used as a backup vehicle for short trips around town. If you're looking for a smaller Electric SUV, you may find the Kia EV6 as a great EV option at our dealership.
